Timeline + Requirements

• Turnaround time is 2 weeks from the date all required information is received.

• Required materials: logo, brand colors, professional photos, and page outline (Home, About, Services, Booking, Contact).

• Projects will not begin until all assets are submitted.

• If materials are not submitted within 10 business days, the project will be canceled and your retainer will be held.

Please send product names, images, and pricing in a typed document (Word or Google Doc).

Include any necessary info such as your Return Policy, Shipping Policy, FAQs, etc. This helps establish trust with your customers.
